They lost my parcel, but fortunately they found it after about 30 minutes. But the most unpleasant thing is the rude attitude on the part of one employee, not only to me, but also to some other clients, and if this is a familiar person, then of course the attitude is different. I have never seen such a disgusting attitude towards customers anywhere else.

Почему 5 звезд? Да, здание требует ремонта, но работники стараются поддерживать то что есть. Присутствует дух СССР, как по мне) Работники доброжелательные, очереди не всегда, но все же имеются. Выдача посылок очень быстрая.
