It's just terrible, I don't have the words.!The parcel arrived by Express delivery, so the courier behaves as if I ask him to bring it for free and even on his day off, at first he just offered to pick it up himself at the department, to which I replied "no" because I am at work, but my husband is at home now and he can meet, eventually he arrived The next day, without a preliminary call, I confronted him with the fact that he had arrived. I was at the hospital with my child at the time, I say that I will be home in an hour. To which he told me, then wait for the next delivery to your area.. There is still no parcel in idog. I call 1499, they hang up. Is this a mess! You won't find any extremes, no one is responsible for anything. Are we living in a primitive age? I suppose if there is a position, then someone should supervise this person, or am I wrong? Ust-Kamenogorsk.

Kazpost is probably the saddest and most depressing thing that can happen to you. It is extremely difficult to meet such an accumulation of incompetent and tired people in another place. The stupidest and most miserable organization that, in a free market, would have perished in the first month of its meaningless existence.
