The QasPost app is not working. Parcels are not tracked. The post office is a mess, an international parcel arrived without tracking, and it was there for I don't know how long, there was no notification. There are only two people who work on delivery and reception. Sometimes alone. They have to listen to people's discontent. The queue is long. It's cold out there.
