Employees don't want to work. There are 2 racks. One counter served a customer for more than an hour, all other customers stand at 1 counter. Very long service

I liked the service, the polite staff. A comfortable waiting room. But sometimes there are queues and you have to wait quite a long time

The customer focus is zero. No one can explain anything. Politeness is at zero. Three stars only out of respect for the woman who works on the delivery of parcels.
