Customers are interesting until the moment of payment. After buying the tour, the manager responds every other time, to requests to clarify the time, etc. While already abroad, the response was received after 10 hours after sending the request. Although the site indicates 24/7 support. There is also no bonus system offered (as it turned out, there is one). Please accept this review and pass it on to the Agency's management!
