Cleanliness and order in the hotel, for which we thank you! 9th floor- and the view of the city is amazing....Sunrise - sunset is a fabulous story.... The design is great! In the room, however, as everywhere else, from the lobby to the cafe ... I was impressed by the paintings in the room...They created a special comfort and charm. Rooms are cleaned and linen is changed every day. Thanks for the Internet! It was very important! It's good that there is a refrigerator and air conditioning! Special thanks for the pool, sauna and gym! Breakfasts : a choice of food and drinks for every taste. THANK YOU! The cafe is clean and tidy.The staff are kind and courteous. ONE INCONVENIENCE/WE WERE VERY CONFUSED about the time/: IT WOULD BE NICE IF THERE WAS A CLOCK WITH LOCAL TIME IN THE ROOM. Kazakhstan and its capital, Astana, impressed me to the core!
