Worst service i ever experienced...incompetent staff, don't know what to revert over customer query... along with operator's, store manager doesn't have knowledge...just making stories or excuses...highly disappointed Kcell is a big company..they should hire competent employees.

I do not recommend buying a router for home use. I bought a router on April 1, connected it at home, movies on TV freeze, the picture stops for a minute, all 4 phones are connected via Wi-Fi, there is no Internet connection, poor connection. I came to issue a refund, they refused me, referring to the fact that the router does not fit the refund law. I wrote a complaint, they said the answer will be within 10 days.

The Kcell communications department stopped by to reissue the phone number. The service is pleasant, they work by numbers, the queue was waiting for 15 minutes. All the pre-registration, along with the waiting, took 20 minutes.

The staff is working slowly. They're always going somewhere. Often there are one or two people sitting, and there are a lot of people in the queue. The last time I was there, the scoreboard where to take receipts did not work and paper strips with inscriptions of services were pasted on it. The queue is very slow. I wish everyone to be patient.

I stood for an hour until I got to the consultant. Acquaintances are allowed to pass without waiting in line. They slip in the consultant's numbers. I thought it was the last time I applied, but no. The worst organization for providing communication services and selling mobile devices. I don't know why Yandex thought I was there, but I wasn't there, it's a dubious place. I've never used Kcell and I wouldn't, because my friends constantly complain, once even my cousin Serafim lost 17 million because of Internet problems, of course I don't believe him much, but you never know.
