The Kcell office itself/The asset leaves much to be desired. Kcell Company/The asset has some of the highest prices for tariff plans among mobile operators, and most likely earns sooo good money, but in the office it cannot provide the right number of employees so that the quality and SPEED of service are at the proper level! In the 21st century, in the age of digital technology, it's just nonsense for a person to have to wait an hour for their turn. It's mind-boggling! But I would like to note that the employee named Balzhan, who served us, was polite, restrained, and with the proper level of professionalism. Gratitude to her.

There is no separation of the queue into individuals and legal entities, which is very inconvenient for representatives of legal entities, since they have to stand in a common queue. On-line recording is not always available. True, the choice of tariff plans and gadgets is quite diverse, but access to the unlimited tariff in it has recently been practically closed. In general, they are going to switch to 5G technology, so let's hope that everything is not lost for them yet...
