There are a lot of visitors between 6 and 8 p.m., but only 2 operators work after 6 p.m. The service takes 20-25 minutes. I waited in line for 1 hour and 20 minutes. For those customers who purchase phones, there is a clear priority in turn. The store has a very small selection of products.

Parking is always busy. Of the 6-8 operators sitting, 2-3 are working, the rest are on the phones. Consultants are smart if they know they can sell something. If there is any problem with the connection or the Internet, they replace the SIM card. Problems are not solved.

The connection is terrible, the coverage area is not worse, this is together with the Activ connection. They have become so devalued, I will not recommend this connection to anyone. Departments have been bred, and it is not even possible to get to the leadership. There are managers in the departments who know almost nothing. And tariffs are rising, creating salaries for mediocre people.

Dear KCELL management! I visited this place for the first time, I came at 18-20, I was alone at the counter (alone, Carl!) employee. I did everything slowly, there was a queue in the hall and people were nervous. My turn never came! As a result, I chose another operator where I was connected to the number in 10 minutes! Take action, gentlemen! Otherwise you will lose all customers

Summary: the operator is the most clumsy of all, to solve any problem it is necessary to go to their office, employees cannot solve anything remotely (they do not want, they do not know how, they are not allowed). I don't know what kind of "roof" Kcell has, but they behave like the masters of life. Whatever problem you have, you are the culprit, and to solve it, please come to the office.

But the phone was working, so everything is normal in this matter. I just wish the staff understood what the problem was and could explain it. Long service time. There is an electronic queue, but constantly someone comes in out of turn, without a ticket, and the employees do not say anything to these people, they serve them too. We sat for more than half an hour Just to buy a room.
