The worst center🤦🏻♀️I pre-ordered the phone. I made the payment and waited for almost a month. On Friday (10.10.2025) they called and said you can pick up the phone. They have a day off on Saturday and Sunday. Started on Monday (13.10.2025)There are a lot of people... only 2 operators. I waited my turn. I went to the operator, she looked and said that there was no pre-order.Meanwhile, the cashier left for lunch (the time was 17.40)And they work themselves until 18.00. And she left. I was at work on Tuesday. On Wednesday (10/15/2025), they called from the kcell center... and said I could pick up the phone. I came to the 13mkr 55 branch at 14.00 ... the queue came up and I say that I came for my pre-order.And the cashier tells me .. That we sold your phone… Since they've been waiting for me for 5 days… How can you lie so blatantly? ... I called the kcell center... they told me to hand over the phone... but the cashier doesn't even look in my direction... ignores🤦🏻♀️How can you treat people like that?…I stayed in this department almost until the end of the working day... they didn't say anything... they didn't give me a phone... or a normal answer… I'll file a complaint tomorrow.
