2. After a time, he asks to log in and does not log in, even if the login details are correctly specified
3. Mistakenly converts amounts - that is, converts more than necessary. For example, I made a conversion of $ 100, and he made $200 (twice for $100)
4. $ 1300 disappeared from the card, until he went and proved it, no one did anything! No apologies! There is no trust in the bank
5. All visa card expenses are reflected with a delay of at least 1 day - this is a very long waiting period to check your expenses abroad! NBU, Kapital bank and 1 more local card holders were with me, and all expenses were reflected after 5-10 minutes
6. The bank decided not to bother and that's it, absolutely all visa card transactions are written as - Other transactions between residents." It is impossible to understand what I paid for and how to track it! Again, there is no such nonsense in other visa cards of banks!
7. There is no chronological order in expenses, dates are chaotic and this creates confusion!
My advice to you is to run away from this bank, the NBU is a bank with huge queues and it is 10 times better.
