A raw kebab was brought, after I told the waiter about it, the manager came, apologized and brought an empty plate, when asked if a replacement would be brought, the manager said no, since I allegedly had already eaten most of the dish, although I had eaten half of one piece and cut the rest to see the degree of roasting. The manager refused to change the kebab and even in front of me started counting the pieces on the plate. In general, the barbecue is bad, although the cafe is called as a kebab shop and the service is terrible. We have not heard what customer orientation is here. Don't set foot in this cafe anymore.
