I have tried all the shawarma in Minsk and I can say for sure that kebab in Privolny is the best shawarma, because unlike everything in Minsk, they do not pour this mayonnaise, or as it is often called "their own branded sour cream sauce", which is in fact an ordinary homemade mash.
Kebabas have really delicious sauces, delicious meat, pita bread is not crunchy breadcrumbs that remain in the gums, but real, soft.
I used to go there for lunch every day, but now I decided to go less often, maybe once a month, to keep a sense of celebration for myself, and I still go there with a sense of celebration.

There is a large selection of doner kebabs. I advise you to try Dutch or Caucasian or Uzbek pilaf. I have never eaten tastier anywhere.

I do not know, but today - 9.10.24-give the chef /shawarmist a bonus! This is a gastronomic orgasm, I'm sorry))) We took 3- Korean, rustic and Dutch - top class! I have a colleague Ruslan. A great guy hails from Azerbaijan. He rarely carries a dog from home, but he likes to eat well. So he buys something from the outside. He often comes here to satisfy his hunger with a shawarma. I understand him, but I always cook dogs at home. I'm economical. And the place is good. Ruslan has never been poisoned. But he complained about his digestion. He has gastritis. Kebab is not to blame here, you just need to eat soup more often. By the way, they also make soups.

I live nearby. I took shava there about 5 times, probably different ones. They don't like her, that's all. The kitchen is closed, you can't see how they cook. There is always a very unpleasant smell inside. Even if there is no one in the queue, and your order is the only one, they don't give it away without a receipt (generally nonsense, as for me.) In general, I strongly do not recommend this place.
