I bought winter shoes a couple of years ago. The insoles went down after a month. It felt like the foot was not on an insole, but on a tire. That is, the insole became the same shape as the sole, as if there was nothing between them. They were constantly getting wet. The sellers refused to make a refund. They told me to pay for the examination out of my pocket (300 rubles), the shoes themselves even cost less. In the same Caprice, the unsuccessful shoe model was changed to me with apologies, I no longer go to keddo. That shoe model wasn't made for people.

But when I got home, I read on the Internet that these are shoes from Russia using Italian technology. Why do sellers lie? It's not professional! Just to "let in" the product... I won't go to this store anymore and tell my friends.
