I, who normally can't eat lungs, ate 1.5 lungs. An amazing taste with the consistency of Turkish delight. Although I didn't eat it for breakfast in the morning, as it was my custom there, it didn't touch it. The kebab they call minced meat is the kind that cracks the palate.
