The installation of the furniture I bought from Kelebek Trabzon Akcaabat branch was a complete disappointment. Even the screws of my bed were not fully tightened, and my armchairs were dirty; there were black and black marks, especially on my white armchair. It was very obvious that the team who came to the installation did not know the job. The team tried to leave without being able to properly install the furniture and leave sloppily. The bottom of my bed is shaking, even the screw is not tightened. While the living room was being set up, they hit the chair on the door, the door slid in and was scratched. I also had a big problem with the installation date. Although we told it a month in advance, it was forgotten, we were told that the installation could not be done on that date. Then they called again in two hours and said we're coming. You do not want to encounter such sloppy, scratched and dirty products, a haphazard installation. I see the quality of Kelebek furniture from its employees. If you want to buy zero items and feel a second-hand feeling, choose butterfly furniture.
