Nice LCD. A convenient PSC deposit, hospital, prosecutor's office, schools, bus stop and much more are within walking distance. A comfortable, large courtyard with playgrounds. Plenty of parking space.
The house is warm.

A good area, parking+, aesthetics+, front doors+, lighting+, playgrounds+, a small problem with ventilation (when the hood in the kitchen pulls out, negative pressure is created in the apartment, and the hood in the bathroom works as an air vent. This causes the pipe to sweat and the accumulated condensate to stick and drip in the bathroom).

A wonderful residential complex, I have been living here for the third month, before that we lived in the city on a Basic basis, and I can confidently say that the Kemel Uy residential complex is in no way inferior to the residential complex in the city, clean air, always clean entrances, they immediately respond and fix problems with housing and communal services
