Excellent observation deck and restaurant. The place is perfect for remote work and meetings with friends or partners. The young friendly and sociable staff, who are happy to learn Russian in their free time :)
According to the prices, everyone has their own "normal" but for a place in the city center it is not even very expensive.

The tower is really there. She really is a new model. We had coffee once in her cafe downstairs on the street, and the second time we still went upstairs. There were two reasons for this. About the second one a little later.
There is not a wide staircase leading to the top, which also gradually narrows at the end. We haven't tried the kitchen, but Americano coffee is such that some espresso is weaker. The staff works without delay, but also does not stand over the soul. After eating, you do not need to ask for a bill, just pay at the checkout at the exit. The Union Pay card from the Russian Agricultural Bank worked.
But if you look at it, there is no view from the tower site in the evening. You can see this in the added photos.
Now about the second reason.
I just needed a toilet, there was one on the square in front of the tower, but it was paid. And there are already two of them in the cafe and they are free. Another picture shows not the toilet, but that the clock is not working.
In general, I want to say that the tower is not so much a good cafe as it is a starting point for tourists. All the logistics are tied to it.

The city center. A beautiful place for photos. There is also a beautiful mosque nearby. Entertainment events are often held on the square. One evening we went to a boxing tournament. Everything is organized well, there is a police force to protect law and order (from drunk tourists)

Very beautiful places with lots of plantings, beautiful flowers and palm trees. There are a lot of different cafes and restaurants for every taste. I definitely recommend choosing this place for an evening promenade.

Kemer, this is my love. I really love coming to this small town, walking along its streets and enjoying the incomparable sea air. We've been to Kemer many times, and what mountains are there... I really like boat trips and mountain jeeping.If you haven't been to Kemer, I highly recommend it, you won't regret it.

My favorite attraction in Kemer. There's a wonderful cafe downstairs. By the way, there is a post office nearby and you can send a postcard to your family or yourself, and when you arrive home and have already forgotten about your vacation, you will receive a pleasant souvenir reminder.

I love Kemer! My love at first sight and for life. A cozy town where tourists will get everything from holidays for every taste and budget, ending with wonderful views of the mountains, the sea, palm trees and beautiful flowers. 10 out of 10. I go back there again and again. And a photo at the white tower is a mandatory part of the program!

Beautiful view of the tower and from the tower, inside we climbed the stairs to the upper balcony. It's great there! But the balcony itself (glass) is stained. If it's a business card, it should be perfect. The menu is acceptable, I thought it was expensive, but no, it's quite tolerable.

The feeling that all the roads of Kemer lead to this landmark - the clock tower. It is visible from everywhere. It looks spectacular in the evening with lights. There is a Mocha cafe in the tower. You can go up to the terrace above, or you can sit down on the outdoor sofas under the illuminated ficus trees and enjoy a cup of Turkish coffee with sweets and listen to Turkish songs with a guitar.
