It is not clear what the money is being paid for. Well, the entrance to the campsite is a separate quest - the road is not just broken, it is essentially destroyed. But the advantage is, of course, nature, there is no garbage, there are toilets, friendly rangers.

Tickets were sold, but there were no empty seats, they mowed their windows themselves. 3. It is forbidden to use your own barbecue. In total: for 20 rubles from a fisherman, we get a wild pond without stocking, + you can not use a barbecue (you can only use their gazebos). There are few dumpsters. It has not been treated for ticks. Several ticks were found on the bags, which were not even in the grass. Draw your own conclusions.
