I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we received upon our arrival at Kempinski. Special thanks go to Wasim, who was exceptionally professional, courteous, and supportive throughout the check-in process. Despite our early arrival and the short notice, he went above and beyond to ensure that our rooms were ready in a timely manner, and even surprised us with a wonderful upgrade , a gesture that truly made our first stay at Kempinski memorable. Wasim’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail left a great impression on me and my family. In fact, the entire staff we encountered was equally friendly, attentive, and welcoming. It’s rare to feel this level of genuine hospitality, and it certainly set the tone for a great stay. Thank you once again, and we look forward to returning soon!

A world-class hotel. The rooms are good - the design is somewhat outdated, while the appliances are in working order, the bed linen is of high quality and it is very comfortable to sleep. The plumbing is in good condition. Common areas, bars are in good condition. Obelisk restaurant with a magnificent view of the mountains on the Israeli side. The food is excellent, with red fish, champagne, all kinds of pastries and fruits for breakfast. Luxurious and expensive SPA: massage from 78 dinars, there is a hammam, sauna and saltwater pool. I recommend it for a relaxing holiday at a medical resort.

Great hotel. I liked everything. Professionals work. I was pleased with the large number of pools. Of the cons: everything is quite expensive. 0.33 beer costs 1,200 rubles. And the Arabic food is controversial. And so, as for the hotel, well done. I even lost my headphones somehow. Found, returned)) thank you!

Not bad, but the hotel is too old, the doors to the room do not open well, the toilet is poorly flushed, the handles in the toilet scroll, you can not open, repairs are required.

Loss of customers in winter due to the lack of a free heated seawater pool. The existing pool in the spa does not match the level of the hotel.And so everything is on the level. Thank you. 12,01,2020.
