Today I decided to visit this office to find out the nuances of VMI and purchase it. I went into the office with the appropriate name, where a girl met me with a mildly displeased look. I asked her my question, to which, for reasons that only this employee could understand, I received several irritable answers like: "What did you want?", "What does it mean to sign an insurance contract?" Your employees, I'm sorry, do not understand where they are and why people come to them? After several such questions, it turned out that the VMI is not being done at all now, since the license has not been renewed. Dear Management! Teach your employees how to communicate with customers! They're not at home, they're the face of the company!!! I decided for myself that I would never contact this organization, even if the license was returned! Although I was ready to purchase insurance at the highest rate!
