The hotel is super. The staff is polite and prompt. The cleanliness, amenities, and view were all very pleasant. The rooms have everything you need. The territory is beautiful. Several buildings. There is a cafe. The recreation area is a separate praise. In a word, to return here again is the desire and advice for those who are looking for a place to stay.

Wonderful quiet place, great clean air. The rooms are clean and everything is new, repairs have been made everywhere, the territory is clean, there is a huge parking lot for cars, WIFI is available throughout the territory.

We were on the May holidays. I was lucky with the weather. I really liked the hotel. We lived in a new building, in room 210. Everything is new, the mattress is comfortable. Everything is provided in the bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, soap), hair dryer. I would especially like to mention the terrace and the view of the river and the park - it's incredible!Delicious, varied breakfast (buffet), lunch and dinner on the menu, large portions, delicious homemade cuisine. Thanks to the hotel staff. Administrator Tatiana is a professional in her field!!!

I really liked the hotel. The staff is very hospitable and helpful. And what a view there is!!!!! Of the minuses (suddenly someone is fundamentally): water really has a slight smell (but when we rested in the sanatorium, we drank medicinal water with almost the same "aroma", it is not recommended to drink tap water here, but there are bottles of drinking water in the kitchen), as well as tap water very tough. I also didn't really like the cafe (breakfast was scheduled, but when we arrived we were told to wait 20 minutes, if we were in a hurry it would be very unpleasant, there was also a smell of some burnt food. Well, for 15 Belarusian rubles in Polotsk you can have a very satisfying meal, but here there were scrambled eggs and small cheese cakes.

Встретили дружелюбно)))
Отель ещё молодой, расстраивается, всё достаточно уютно, чисто, удобно, комфортно.
Великолепный вид на Западную Двину, из нашего номера пейзаж восхитительный)))
Но, есть парочка "но"- хотелось бы, да и было бы думаю интереснее - открытые балконы...
И не много не удобно с питанием, на заказ, по моему правильнее - придти и поесть на выбор, пусть не большой но выбор, а то я с вечера на завтрак хочу омлет, а утром мне приспичит блинчиков или драников поесть.
Вообщем если будем проездом то обязательно остановимся отдохнуть и насладится красотой.
Желаем коллективу этого прекрасного отеля и центра развлечений успешного процветания))))

I really liked the place. Quiet, cozy, friendly, clean, nothing is broken and everything works. It is very convenient to get there. Very close to the road. After the strength test on the "highway" is the place where you can relax your body and soul.

To be honest, I didn't really like it. We went to laser tag. It may be fun for kids 6-10 years old, but I don't think they are older. Everything is very beautifully designed, the instructor is a pretty nice man, but something is still missing. I put three on my own, but maybe others will like it more!

It's even amazing how wonderful everything is and no negative reviews. Isn't it strange? But bad reviews are simply deleted, that's all.... The hotel is not very bad, right. The rooms, the territory are at the highest level. But employees are not customer-oriented at all. We ordered a barbecue for dinner. They fried it well, but they didn't set the table on the street.... There was no tarnlock, no cutlery, just a plate of barbecue... Eat up.. that. .. While the staff was paying attention to this, 20 minutes passed. The meat cooled down....That's how it is.

It's a nice place, quiet. As a first-time visitor to this hotel, we were replaced with a room on the second floor for two, with a room on the ground floor with 3 beds and with a small balcony or terrace with two chairs and a table. Food must be ordered: a buffet of 20 Belarusian rubles for an adult and 10 for a child. It's not gorgeous, but we didn't stay hungry. Minus: the TV remote control did not work well in the room.

Отдыхали в конце июля с ребенком. Понравилось вежливое обслуживание, чистые и уютные номер, можно вкусно и недорого покушать - брали завтраки (шведский стол) и ужины (заказное меню), причем поужинать можно в беседке с видом на Западную Двину. Удобно добираться на машине до Полоцка и Новополоцка. На территории две детские площадки и бесплатный батут - ребенок не вылезал. Всем довольны, если снова поедем в Витебскую область, обязательно остановимся здесь.

Отличная гостиница. Жили в новом корпусе, соответственно отделка и мебель свежие, номер чистый и уютный. На этаже общая кухня: микроволновка, чайник, посуда, обеденный стол.
Номер был без кондиционера, но с погодой повезло, было не жарко, в жару кондиционера не хватало бы. Территория не очень большая, но ухоженная и опрятная.
По питанию - не могу сказать,что очень понравилось, но вполне съедобно. Завтраки (попадали только на шведский стол) хорошие, можно было бы выбор чуть больше сделать, но не критично, завтраки понравились и мне, и моей спутнице. С ужинами чуть хуже, мало позиций в меню, я себе блюда подобрал, а спутница моя на ужин сходила только один раз, после отказывалась. Заказать ужин в номер нельзя, нужно ходить в банкетный зал, опять же, не критично.
Номера убирают ежедневно: каждый день меняли полотенца (мне кажется, излишне это, можно и реже, раз в 2-3 дня) и выносили мусор. В остальном у нас убирать нечего было, постель сами заправляем, это не сложно ))
Расположено недалеко от Новополоцка, на машине 5 минут, и почти в центре города.
В целом все понравилось, с удовольствием приеду снова.

Отель расположен в живописном тихом месте на берегу реки. Территория ухоженная и зелёная. Есть парковка.
Заселились поздно ночью, ночной администратор была не слишком доброжелательные, а вот утренний администратор очень доброжелательная и обоятельная. Номер был маленький, но уютный, с балконом. Кровать коротковата лично для меня и узковата для двоих) подушки тоже не очень удобные, но это всё мелочи. Есть возможность за допплату заказать завтрак (завтраки до 10:30), они комплексные и на выбор, каша и блины, омлет и сырники - то, что попробовали, в целом хорошо. Вайфай есть, работает отлично. Жаль, что было мало времени, чтобы насладится природой и территорией отеля.
Кстати, оплата при заселении на месте получается выше, чем при бронировании через сервис, типа, яндес путешествий и других.

Всем Добрый вечер. Отель очень понравился, красивыйвид на реку, номера комфортные. Останавливались на сутки с семьей. Красивая территория, есть мангальные зоны с беседками, детская мини площадка. Утром за допоплату вкусный завтрак, 15 белрублей взрослый и 10 руб. ребенок, все очень вкусно. Есть ужины по меню, они готовые домашняя кухня. В корпусах есть на 2 этаже мини кухня с электрчайником и т.д. Если бы было тепло, можно искупаться, спуск к воде конечно крутоват по лестнице спуск. Недалеко есть мини маркет Гранат, можно купить все неьбходимое, минут 5-7 пешком. Всем рекомендую!! Хорошего отдыха!!!

I really like this place! Excellent access to the water. However, you need to be ready to go through the norm on the steps if you want to swim. There are gazebos to sit in nature and enjoy the sunsets over the water and eat kebabs.

Только приехали из этой сказки, отдыхали в номере люкс двух комнатном(102) я даже не знаю как в двух словах описать этот восторг. Очень всё красиво, чисто, весь персонал дружелюбный, отзывчивый, очень приятно. Готовят просто восхитительно, жаль только на завтраки скромный выбор, супы, вторые блюда всё очень и очень вкусно. Территория большая, всё красиво, много беседок где можно даже просто пообедать, просто отдохнуть. Мы выражаем огромную благодарность всему персоналу, желаем дальнейшего процветания, есть маленькие недоработки, но это совсем мелочи. Спасибо большое вам за прекрасный отдых, хотим к вам зимой съездить из нашей любимой так сказать Москвы.

Лучший отель в Беларуси! Демократичная цена. Большая красивая территория, беседки, лавочки. Красивые номера в сканди стиле, чистота, порядок, все новенькое. Плетеная мебель. У нас был номер с балкончиком, прекрасно! Чистый воздух, природа, отель находится на берегу Двины. Вокруг очень красиво. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки (шведский стол)

A good hotel complex.clean rooms with balconies and beautiful views of the Dvina River.I take 2 stars for the attitude of the staff towards the guests.they threw a remote control at the reception.They said if you're hot, open the window.Well, OK.In the morning, we were suffocated by the stench.there is a private sector nearby, something was burned there.and my friend has allergic asthma.something like that🤷♂️

Гостиница "Кентавр" в пригороде Новополоцка - нам понравилась: в зелёной местности возле речки, красивая ухоженная территория с качелями, пирсом с понтоном и лежаками для загорающих. У нас в номере был балкончик с кайфовым видом на речку, где вечером мы отдыхали с пивом и орешками😄
Очень доброжелательный персонал, и подскажут, и помогут👍
Завтраки хорошие - шведский стол: каша с маслом, нарезки разные, сосиски, яичница, блинчики, сырники, чай/кофе) В общем, голодными не останетесь и достаточно вкусно)
Единственный минус - качество водопроводной воды, кажется она не свежая, как будто плохо фильтруется. После чистки зубов, ополаскивали рот бутилированной водой (её кстати каждый день в номер дают + куллер с водой на кухне).

Очень приятная атмосфера, уют ,комфорт. Номера чистые, уборка ежедневно, есть мини кухня в номере люкс, отличный вид из окна. Завтраки отличные, разнообразные. Сам отель расположен недалеко от основной части города Новополоцка, есть парковка. На самой территории есть беседки закрытые и мангальная зона рядом, лазертаг и детская площадка, рекомендую 👍👍👍👍👍

Лучшее место цена-качество! Здесь огромная и ухоженная территория на берегу реки. Есть игровая зона для детей. Вкуснейшие завтраки. Новые и чистые номера. Все продумано для мелочей. Excellent hotel, for adequate money.The room had a view of the Western Dvina River.Normal furniture,TVs in the room, air conditioning.Breakfast is possible, the hotel has its own Parking.A good option during a trip to Minsk, from St. Petersburg.There were sky-high prices for hotels in Minsk this weekend, so I started looking for hotels along the way.I'm happy with everything.Payment by Mir card is possible.

The rooms in the new building are excellent, the view from the windows on the river is amazing and, by the way, the WiFi signal is super. The floors are heated, but apparently they turn off at night, there are also issues with water, the first evening the hot water is straight hot, the second is slightly warm. They are fed for slaughter, delicious, varied, but you need to order in advance at the reception. Alcohol is not sold, but there is, as they say, a convenience store nearby and, in general, companies come here with their belongings. The territory is small, but lovely, the dawn is amazing. We were lucky, only one company rested in parallel, made noise until 23, no complaints, there were such themselves, but this should be taken into account by families with young children.
