They find fault with every letter and number of the doctor's report just to refuse. The head of the customer service department absolutely does not know how to communicate with people, she tries to get emotional, so that she can also reproach them for this. It's great that they don't get their license renewed and they close down, and if they get out, I wholeheartedly recommend choosing any other insurance company, but not this one.

To say that this is a disappointment is an understatement.… Severe poisoning occurred a couple of hours before the departure of the group, urgent help was needed. They repeatedly tried to contact the insurance company by all means, but after receiving no response and wasting time in vain, they called an ambulance at their own risk, wondering if the bills would come later or not.
