A large selection of tiles for different wallets. But I was upset by the staff of this store. At first I wanted to buy tiles there, the employee said that I had to wait a month. We bought it somewhere else in another city, but, unfortunately, a couple of tiles were missing. I decided to order from them. This time they told me that they brought it every week and the tile will be in a week on Thursday, they will call us and let us know when it can be picked up. They didn't call us on Thursday, but on Friday I called them myself and asked when she would be, and they answered, "she came yesterday at 5 p.m." when they asked why it was Friday afternoon and they didn't warn us, as promised, they said that now go and pick her up.

The impression of this store is twofold. The seller there is a very nice guy who competently advises, immediately offers to draw a project for clarity, gives detailed step-by-step actions with dates and deadlines when ordering a specific tile. The store itself is very spacious, bright, convenient to flip through and examine the shelves with tiles. In general, pleasant impressions remained from the hike. They left with the intention of ordering tiles here. But when they returned the next day, this seller was not in place. We were met by a not very friendly woman who informed us that the seller would be there tomorrow and only he would be able to draw us a picture again with all the adjustments. And she doesn't draw, doesn't do it at all. They were taken aback even by such a reception. The pleasant impression faded and was forgotten. But then the woman said how she could help us here. And she did her job. And we still made the order, after all the remaining issues were resolved with the seller. But we concluded for ourselves that if we had immediately got to the same woman, we would have left in the first couple of minutes, there would have been no order. And the prices here, which is very important, are good

We bought tiles in this store and I have never seen such a terrible service. A month ago, we ordered a tile that a warehouse employee gave to other customers. He wanted to quietly solve the problem with us and give it to us personally. But we couldn't get in touch with him for a week. When this problem was reported to the store, each employee replied that he did not know about it and would solve everything now. But a month has passed, and we still haven't received the tile. The store either does not respond to us, or feeds us with promises and nothing happens. I have never seen the worst customer service and management. I ask the management to pay attention to what is happening in their store. And, as I see it, we are not the only ones who had problems with this store.
