I ordered a Terminus towel rail in this store. They arrived quickly, but with scuffs on the surface. When I asked to replace the product with a high-quality one, they told me that the scuffs on the towel rail are not a marriage. Of course, they are not a factory defect! After all, they arise from improper transportation and storage. I did not buy a heated towel rail with such towels. But they refused to bring me another one, arguing that the supplier had run out of them. Unprecedented lies and customer care! When will our quality of service be directed at the customer? Why should I pay for something that someone needs to take away? As a result, I was disappointed in the store.
