I applied to the Keramin salon in Mozyr for the purchase of tiles. We wanted to continue laying tiles on the balcony, because we really liked the way your tiles look in the kitchen. According to the availability of tiles in the warehouse, there were no tiles, only two boxes were needed. They asked us to bring 2 boxes to order, but the salon told us that they couldn't bring the tile from another city, but they could only tell us which city it was available in and we would have to go pick it up ourselves in another city. How's that? Do we need to go to Vitebsk for tiles ourselves??? Can't a branded store chain bring its products from its own store????? In December, when we bought tiles for the kitchen, we didn't have enough 3 pcs. and they were delivered without any problems a week later. Have the rules changed now?
