We bought Nottingham ceramic tile for the house and I want to write a review so that others do not make this mistake. We bought 65 squares of tiles, put some on the balcony and realized that this was a disaster. The whole tile is curved, the edges are all different convex and convex. Immediately we thought that the tiler was crooked, we invited two others for consultation and they all said that it was impossible to put this tile beautifully, since all its edges were curved. As a result, when laying, the gaps in the seams are all different from 1 mm to 4 mm. If we have already resigned ourselves to the balcony, she remained lying there, then we did not want to put the remaining 53 squares into the house. We turned to the store for a refund, where for the second week they have been shaking our nerves and claiming that this tile is made according to GOST standards and everything is fine.
Another disadvantage is that the tile is very rough in texture, it is difficult to wash it and it is not pleasant to walk on it.
This tile is suitable only for some technical rooms, but neither for houses and apartments. And of course it would be fair if the seller immediately stated this, and did not give us this Go ... oh

Absolutely every interaction is a complete bottom: not a single order was complete without a jamb (availability, delivery, deadlines). The service is zero, there are constant issues with availability. No one will even think of apologizing for their joints. Apparently, this is the corporate culture.
In addition, the quality of the products leaves much to be desired (curved tiles, defective, etc.).

Until the moment when the subject of delivery was raised. It's more a claim against the company itself than against the store. Up to a certain amount, delivery is paid, and if more is free. But the delivery is to the entrance. And bring it to the floor yourself, as you want, if you want, pull weights with your mother, or ask local drunks for a bottle (that's what your employee told us). By the way, the weight of the tile in our order was more than 1 ton. And how do you imagine it? The fact that we were in shock is not to say anything. Of course, I would like the management to think through this issue, especially with your prices.
