It's just some kind of darkness, and 2 stars will actually be a lot. On the 20th of May, they came to the Keratin store because they were looking for tiles in the bathrooms..I didn't like the tile, but I saw Nick's 1600-size corner bathtub, exactly what we were looking for, since we didn't have any money with us for an unplanned purchase, we decided to come tomorrow to buy it. At that time, the bath cost up to 800 rubles. When we arrived the next day, when placing an order, it turned out that the bath had gone up in price over the day, they just didn't change the price on the hall, we no longer demanded to sell it at the price indicated in the hall, although we could on the basis of the law on consumer protection. I want to note that before the purchase, everyone was very polite and nice, even helped me choose, but then something went wrong. When making the delivery, I clearly asked to dial at least an hour in advance, because no one lives in this apartment today, which they told me of course they would dial. We waited for the delivery. On the day of delivery, I tried to find out what time the bathroom would arrive, because the tiles were also shipped to me on that day, and since there were no movers, it would be convenient to do everything at once. We called the store several times, they referred to logistics specialists, as a result, we did not find out the truth. After 3 p.m., I still got a call from the delivery and was confronted with the fact that they would be there in 15 minutes, I said that I asked the store to dial at least an hour in advance, to which I received the answer that they always call in 15 minutes. As a result, the delivery was waiting for me for about 15 minutes under the entrance, because my departure was from the other side of the city. The delivery service lifted the bathtub into the apartment, since it is on the 1st floor, they unwrapped the film and asked to check only the Bathtub for scratches, and at the same time they said that there was also a protective film on it, which would need to be removed before using it, after that I signed the documents and they left. At the same time, a plumber and a tile installer worked in the apartment, who also saw everything that was happening. 2 weeks later, when the tile work on the floor was completed and it was necessary to start installing the bathroom, it turned out that the bathroom frame did not match the bathroom itself, we had the right bathtub, but the left one was brought. Upon learning this, I immediately contacted via Viber messenger The store to which I provided a photo of the assembled frame, as well as labels on it indicating that the frame was designed for the left tub, not the right one, to which I received the answer why did we assemble it at all if we saw that it was on the left, to which the logical answer was that the frame was first going to fit this particular tub, and when non-compliance was found, then we already looked at the label. The store promised to look into it and give me an answer the next day. This morning we came to the store to find out what kind of answer they are ready to give, to which the store manager responded to my legitimate indignation and an indication of the fact that the store's duty is to bring exactly the goods that I paid for, that I allegedly did not check what they brought, and whether I was checking the expiration dates of the goods in the store when I buy them, and in my opinion, the communication was not in a businesslike form, since there is a store jamb. And they said that they would bring the necessary frame only on Sunday, today is Tuesday for a minute, and no one even apologized to my claims that because of this they could not install a bathtub or continue tile work, emphasizing that it was my fault, not them. who shipped the wrong product that I paid for. After such communication, a complaint was left in the comments book, although I suspect the answer will be in the style of it's not our fault, it's your fault. My friends also had problems with this store, but I found out after I got a bath, so I never set foot there again..It's a disgusting situation for which no one has even apologized, and I'm not talking about any compensation.
