The store attracts with low prices and good products. I bought the tile back in November last year. But before installation, it was necessary to make constructive changes to the project, which led to changes in the layout. Having contacted the consultants at the store for help, they did not help me solve the issue, the consultant treated my request completely indifferently, without offering any alternatives. I had to seek help from Violetta, a consultant who did the initial design before buying the tiles (I was lucky that I still had her contact). Despite the fact that Violetta is currently working elsewhere, she gave me her time and offered me some very interesting layout options. I am grateful to Violetta for her professional help. I recommend to the store owners a more thorough selection of consultants. The attitude towards customers should be at the appropriate level. I think that a professional consultant should help, not just sell.

I was buying stuff for the bathroom. I came with a ready-made project, but the consultant offered to make another project, thanks to the designer's experience and his vision of how to make this room really modern, I chose this particular project. Great job! I want to add not to spite the employees… In most cases, when people need help, they will definitely contact you, you do not need to be so "attached" to the buyer. Let people look at the product range themselves, we are not in the Zhdanovichi market.
