Many thanks to the warehouse employee (unfortunately I did not ask for the name, but has been working there recently - 2 months) - he provided invaluable help when the taxi driver refused to carry the purchased goods and left impudently, helped to call a new taxi (I am not a local and all these points are problematic for me, because I am also a foreigner), helped to load, he told me how and what to get, calmed me down (I was shocked and upset by the rudeness of the taxi driver). Once again, I am convinced that customer orientation is human, if the employee himself is a good person by nature, then the service has a "human face". Take care of such shots, because they are what make your company's reputation, not strained smiles and memorized scripts with fines. I thank the young man once again for his help, I wish him to remain the same and I hope the management will not forget to mention him (otherwise Belarusian employers are famous for greed and inattention to the human qualities of employees).
