We recently stayed at the Keremet hotel — only the most pleasant impressions remained! A very cozy and clean place where you can really relax your mind and body. The rooms are comfortable, everything is neat, the bed linen is fresh, the interior is pleasant — you can feel the care for each guest. A special pleasure is the sauna! Spacious, clean, with excellent steam. The pleasant aroma of natural brooms, the heat is moderate — just as it should be. After the sauna, you can relax in the relaxation room, drink fragrant tea and just relax. Everything is done with a soul and for people. The staff is polite, helpful, always ready to help and prompt. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of service is at a high level. Keremet is really "keremet", that is, a great, decent, cozy vacation. We recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place for complete relaxation and comfort. We will definitely come again! The hotel itself is decent, but the administrators are a disaster. It feels like they're not working with the guests, but tolerating them. Communication is through force, facial expression is an eternal irritation. It's hard to call it a service: instead of help, it's cold and contemptuous. It seems that the staff doesn't understand why he's here at all. Management should do better — completely change employees.
