Recently moved to this area. I really like it, compared to the area of the green bazaar, it is quiet here, there is no fuss, comfortable pleasant courtyards, guarded territory. Within walking distance of the shopping center, shops, Terrencourt and Vesnovka are pleasant to walk in the early morning or evening. The territory is being monitored, there are a lot of greenery and flowers.

It was once the first decent residential complex in the city. Now I'm noticeably tired, but the layouts are good, the walls are thick (so in our apartment on the 6th floor, air conditioning was not needed in the summer). I didn't like the presence of hostels, but rather aesthetically, they didn't create any problems. The location is good, the buildings vary greatly in noise levels

The apartment complex is good, I rented an apartment on the 11th floor, a large apartment, great view from the window, 2 Lithuania clearly working. Pleasant courtyards planted with roses.I was satisfied and the children and my wife liked it too.
