We went as a group, we were dissatisfied. The water in the shower is from ice to boiling water - they could not wash the children. When asked to deal with the water, they turned on the faucet in the room and left, and then they said in secret: well, what do you want, this is Georgia. So they held out until the end of the race, settling the problem. That's the calculation, as I understand it. The breakfasts are meager, what is served under the guise of coffee, cocoa and tea during the buffet does not fit into any framework. The hotel restaurant itself is a bit expensive. Cappuccino from the office coffee maker - 12 GEL. Turkish coffee - 9. After requests to solve problems with water, they were offended and switched to formal communication. If you are traveling in a group and have a dialogue with Elena, do not flatter yourself. Gently lays down - to sleep firmly. Book at other hotels. Fortunately, they are there. And the nature around is really beautiful.

The hotel is located in a remote location. The territory is small, the pool is for children. The breakfasts are very meager, they are taken out in small portions, which are immediately disassembled. Those who did not have time were late. Sliced fruits, eggs too, etc. Drinks are also a problem. In the evening we ate in a cafe, because there is not much place to eat in this village, they cook well, but in Georgia the prices on the menu are inconclusive, they charge a service fee from 10 to 20%. The cost of the hotel with such a service is clearly overstated. I do not recommend it, it is better to rent an apartment. One of the advantages of this village is a free beach, a free arboretum nearby, this is really a fabulous place.

I stayed at this hotel last year with my nephews. We had an amazing time! There is a lot to see in the area and not far to go to a bunch of places. We especially recommend Efkalipotovaya Grove park of singing musicians! Wow! The staff is always ready to help and tell you where to go! And what a restaurant at the hotel! You're going to rock! Khachapuri is just the coolest! Meat on the grill is a truly Georgian barbecue! Very tasty!

The review is hot on the trail, so to speak:
the regime of changing linen and towels specified in the memo is violated - you have to run around looking for cleaners so that they finally change to fresh ones. And even after requests, they do not change on time (towels are changed not once every 2 days, but every 3-4 days).
There is no information for new guests about the Internet. Upon arrival, the name of the network was announced to us, and we were forced to get in touch only on the territory of the bar, since this connection was not caught anywhere else. And only a week later, by chance, we learned from one of the employees that there are other names of networks that are caught far from the bar.
🧘🏻♀️ Unfortunately, the promised children's club (animation) was interrupted ahead of schedule and the management did not organize any alternative activities for children, and there are a lot of them here.
And in small things - the green area is monitored, but the garbage is not cleaned well. Every day they threw something out themselves, finding it on the paths and lawn.
There is no filter in the children's pool (it does not work).
And for dessert, a very unfriendly manager (immediately after paying for accommodation, she ceases to be polite, does not even always respond to greetings.
And, by the way, the photos of the rooms do not quite correspond to reality. Professional photographers did a good job and made a candy bar.
Among the advantages: a good location, there are sun beds that can be taken from the hotel to the beach, in general, very pleasant staff who work hard and seven days a week (we saw them every day for more than a week from early morning to late evening), a gentrified territory, playgrounds for children of different ages, pleasant music plays in the bar, a varied menu in the restaurant,

We rented a double room in the second building, we had breakfast included in the price, the food was very good. For the price of a room and even with partial meals, I think that we did not give away so much, because there were options with a higher cost. Plus, the territory of the hotel is well-maintained, it was nice to walk in the morning with a cup of coffee) Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

The staff are just sleepy flies!
The cafe is a separate story! The Russian-speaking waitress just takes the order and goes off to deal with other orders, asked if there was ice before ordering drinks, said there was of course! They asked to bring it right away, they asked again 5 times and never brought it! Food is a complete g! We were delighted with the food of Georgia, we tear it off here every year, it's delicious everywhere, but here it's a complete disappointment!
Khinkali and dumplings with raw meat, khinkal is too salty and there is only one dough in the dumplings! The meat is all undercooked, the fish is raw Caesar salad with 2 chicken shavings and crackers in musty oil 🤮
Not only that, after the reception, write the whole family on the potty! 🤮💩
Although we have traveled all over Georgia, we have never seen such a thing! They also take a tip +7 GEL for all this at once! For our poisoning 🤮
I won't even write about the toilet! Everything is clear about the food here!

We had a family vacation at this wonderful hotel last year.We were delighted with the hospitality of the hosts!
The rooms are cozy, clean, and have everything you need.A separate program is organized for children. So we had a vacation with and from children!Everything is planned very cool. The kitchen is a separate topic.Everything is so much 😋! We don't want to go anywhere else, only to Keria and for 2-3 weeks!

We had a rest at Keriya Hotel in July 2019. This vacation gave us a lot of new friends, a huge charge of positivity and sincerity. We came to Elena with a children's ballet camp. I can mention the priceless location of the hotel on the first line by the sea, such rare magnetic black sands and of course the hospitality of the hostess and all the staff. They were greeted and escorted off like dear guests. We did not get bored for a minute, funny Children's animation, volleyball on the beach, excursions for every taste and color, master classes on cooking khinkali from the hostess of the hotel, and all this under the gentle sound of the sea, and sometimes over a glass of delicious homemade wine. A farewell party..Everyone was crying! Georgia, Keriya forever♥️

We had a rest with the family camp "Magnificent holidays". I really liked both the program and the accommodation. The sea is close, the beach is clean, but sometimes there is a storm. I had a vacation with my mother, daughter and son in July 2019. I really liked everything. The children were constantly engaged in programs.animations .they staged fairy tales themselves and showed them to their parents in the evening. The main thing in the hotel that other hotels do not have is the soul. There is an opportunity to plunge into childhood, into a pioneer camp. There are songs around the campfire with a guitar, screams like a runt..Masha, come out.. I have never seen a hotel with such a family atmosphere. Playing with a hat at night is worth it. The food is very tasty. Both Russian and Georgian cuisine . We will definitely go again.

I was on vacation with my mother and two children in June 2018. The rest left very positive memories, both about the rest and about the hotel. The close warm sea, thoughtful food for children (soups, porridges, omelets, fresh real milk, matzoni, buns) children's animation within the framework of the family camp program is what we wanted to see in our vacation. And now in detail: we lived in a separate cottage in front of the main building, the house stands directly on the sea. a large room with a kitchen-type extension, but since no one was going to cook on vacation, we did not use it. but the yard was big and quiet, the baby slept during the day and it was important to us. Elena (the hostess of the hotel) immediately offered us to book this room, back in Moscow, and we are very grateful to her for this. Breakfasts and dinners were included in the accommodation, we were immediately warned that the dinners are complex, consist of three courses (hot salad and dessert) and dinners are not Georgian cuisine, but we ordered lunches from the menu. For children, steamed cutlets, soups with meatballs and for us kebabs, khinkali, khachapuri . In a word, everything was delicious and adapted to Russian stomachs. Since when we left for the city, we realized that Georgian cuisine is much sharper and fatter than what we have in the hotel. For which we are very grateful to the cook for living and losing weight without heaviness in the stomach.
At the hotel, as I said, we lived in a camp, we were also generally satisfied with the organizers, the only thing that for my youngest the programs did not fit the sleep regime. Everything they made, they made –all during our quiet hour.
There is a small disadvantage – there were not enough shelves and hooks in the bathroom. Otherwise , everything is fine . A wish for those who are traveling – read the description of the hotel - everything is written as it is. namely, it is a village, there are no noisy bars, discos and restaurants. If you want to go somewhere to unwind, then it's either a taxi or a shuttle bus. We are quite satisfied with such a quiet holiday. We will probably come back next year, as everything suited us, and the feeling that we are in the country only with the sea suits us..

I highly recommend this place for families with children. Quietly calmly delicious! The sea is close . The food is great. Well -maintained territory . Mamuka the receptionist is just the soul of the hotel. All with a soul . And wine and khachapuri are the best . We lived on the 4th floor - the view is amazing!

We stayed at the hotel in September 2018. I was on vacation with my 4-year-old daughter. We were satisfied with the rest and the hotel, with the exception of one, there was a camp on the territory, we took part in almost all the master classes, but early in the morning there was noisy charging, and we lived right above the playground where the charging took place, but when I asked Elena, she was gladly moved to the beach. I am happy with the hotel, the breakfasts and dinners included in the room rate are very hearty, the lunch menu is also very tasty, there is always something for my daughter to eat! For example: chicken soup, steamed pot with mashed potatoes, dumplings and cheesecakes🤗
We were also satisfied with the sea! The sea is warm, shells and rapans are scattered everywhere along the shore😀

Our vacation on the Black Sea coast!
Hello, dear travelers! I will tell you about my vacation at the Keriya Hotel. The hotel has good food, and this is very important if you, like me, are vacationing with a 2-year-old child. There are soups (to choose from), for example, okroshka, borscht, chicken soup, etc. The menu also offers a Kiev cutlet, a steamed cutlet with mashed potatoes, pancakes and cheesecakes. My child has never enjoyed lunch so much!
And now I will tell you about our room: a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe with shelves and a chest of drawers next to the bed.
We are happy with the accommodation, the sea and the weather! I consider this holiday a success, so take a closer look at this hotel, I wish you good luck!

The hostess saves on everything, so very poor and expensive food, which is absolutely not typical for Georgia. It really upset us! There are no shops and restaurants around, once every 2 days a car arrives and sells fruits, but it is 2 times more expensive than in the city...but there is no choice, the only way to get to the city is by taxi. I was also struck by the fact that the waiter Georgy, who worked during our stay, did not receive a salary when he was fired!!!! In general, not a penny!!! And the working hours there are 14 hours!!! And the guests who loved him for his responsiveness and hard work raised money for him to travel home ...
One of the advantages is a good beach, warm clean sea, few people, since the hotel is far from cities and civilization.
