They only do what you say, or they don't. I arrived at zero maintenance at 10000km, oil change in the engine and gearbox, visual inspection by default. I asked to top up all the liquids, they were filled at the lower level when selling, I ask for the second time, they took the money in the 1st, but they didn't fill it up, I saw it a week later, it's too late to go figure it out. The counter was not reset, the book was not filled out. I looked at the new oil in the engine, you can't check it in the box, I asked what was with the pads, they said the rest was 70%, the pads left the chat for 12,000, I went to change them, otherwise the dusters on the discs were already rubbing. The attitude to work is unhooked... When taking out a loan, they added a bunch of extras that don't work in Donetsk, because I knew that I would go to the mainland and refuse, otherwise they wouldn't sell the car on credit. The loan is issued based on these additional payments. They refer to the fact that the bank does not give anything else, although it returned everything without any problems. They drain the data, I removed this clause from the contract, but they still call me from other service stations now and offer to serve me. Positive: There are other salons and service stations in the city.
