A terrible landlord. I booked an apartment for two days, I wanted to give my husband a birthday present. We arrived at the address late at night, and there just wasn't a key in the safe! No one answered the messages and on the phone, they answered only at 12 p.m. They did not offer to resolve the issue, did not offer compensation, just apologized for the mistake.
