I wanted to buy myself a suit for permanent wear, I chose it for a long time, I didn't care about the price, I just wanted a high-quality and good thing. I come to the store — no one is smiling, they didn't even say "hello". It was as if I had come to the temple of the Lord and disturbed their peace. I point out the costume I'm interested in via my mobile phone, try it on — everything seems to be fine, I'm happy with the costume, but the human attitude and consultants are just at zero. They didn't offer me a test shirt or shoes, they looked at me more like a bum with a "buy or leave" look. When asked to pick up some shoes, they ignored, saying, "Choose what you want," and added that you walk without shoes (with your socks on dirty tiles (it's winter now, it feels like you were on the market at the beginning of the noughties on cardboard)). My request to pick up a tie was simply ignored, I chose the first one that came to hand, to which they lazily extended their hand, saying, tie it yourself, we won't do anything. In general, I turned back to the fitting room, looked at a couple of suits, but because of the spoiled impression and mood, I didn't want to buy in this "showroom". (There weren't many people) I also asked about suspenders (I chose 4 pairs in advance) and a silk scarf, there was nothing on the website, they said come back later, we have nothing. The request for other showrooms and product availability was declined. I advise you not to visit this place unless you want to annoy yourself once again.

I bought a suit in the store (trousers, jacket), a separate jacket and monki. The service was excellent. The girl helped me choose, gave me a shirt to try on, everything was on the level. Because the sleeve was too short, I was offered to lengthen it by turning it up, this is a normal practice for them and they often provide such a service for free. When asked if it is possible to do this in another studio (I am from another city), they told me that of course it is possible and gave a discount of $ 20). Arriving at the atelier in my city, he told me that it was impossible to lengthen the sleeve. I sent the video to the store, they confirmed that yes, and said that I would return the product. I really didn't want to travel 300+ km to deliver a suit to them in Minsk. But they insisted that it was only in person and the money was only on the card. After 3 hours of studying the laws, communicating with lawyers and colleagues, I managed to arrange a refund in cash and without personal presence. result: I am without a suit, I think that the seller is not fully competent, and the management is not customer-oriented enough, I did not buy a suit in a tent on the market! They also made me waste time on refunds. I believe that the level of after-sales service provided does not correspond to the brand positioning stated by the company.
