On the second floor there are children's playgrounds, they order a lot for birthdays. Is there really no way to work more actively, because this is a fast food restaurant? The tables in the hall are always very dirty and under them.

Until today, I thought this place was good, but I was wrong.We ordered food to take home with us today.They took everything away well.We arrived home and unpacked the food and it turned out that 1 burger and 1 sauce were not reported.Then we started eating, the burgers are fine, the nuggets are fine too, but the fries are 3/10.Okay, I understand that we were driving, the potatoes got cold.But the fact that it is not crispy at all, sluggish and as if it was cooked yesterday or the day before yesterday is just a drop.I hope the administration will take into account all the mistakes, because I have read the reviews, and I often see that people are not informed about the products.So far, it's 1 star.

We waited 20 minutes for the order to be prepared. And then, they started moving after I went to the counter and asked how much longer I had to wait for food in a fast-service restaurant. How can you position yourself as a fast food restaurant if you have to wait 20 minutes for an order from 4 items? Okay, that's half the trouble. The potatoes are all sluggish . The double fillet burger, which is the most expensive in the line, is a nightmare. The fillet is so hard and dry that it is stronger at the edges than concrete. I'm not talking about the chickenburger at all. Stupid rolls, and between them the smell of strips. And the most interesting thing is that on the website and in the application there is even no way to contact and leave a response on the order. Not another foot. I will definitely take the time to leave a review in your book of comments and suggestions. Waiting 20 minutes, almost breaking your teeth for the most expensive burger is a lot.
