To begin with, the staff's attitude leaves much to be desired, starting with the greeting and ending with the service (they treat food like garbage and look disapprovingly). Visitors to this institution are also questionable, and people who have been drinking heavily are often caught. There is no cleanliness, food is everywhere, dirty tables, etc.

I waited 40 minutes for the order, and this despite the fact that the hall was almost empty. It's like the staff is competing to see who ignores the customers the most — everyone wins. The wings were as cold as my ex's heart, and the potatoes were wet and sluggish, like my hopes for a normal dinner. Instead of the juicy chicken flavor, it's an over—dried rubber parody of food.
