The sociable staff was ready to help. Personally, I was offered a coke cup holder, which was very pleased, because they often forget about it. Nice interior. The hall is clean, but if you want even cleaner, you only need to go to elite restaurants. Fast food is fast food that is prepared quickly to gain calories and energy from them. If you like to eat a lot, take a combo, because for such people 1 burger and something to drink is not suitable, judging by myself. Well, I can't say anything else. I waited for my order for literally 30 seconds, which is very short. A friend waited for a larger order for 1.5 minutes, which is also very fast based on the large size of the order. It's very clean, they cleaned up when I was there, cleaned everything, scrubbed, well done guys, diligent. The atmosphere is secluded, by the way. You can safely feel like you're alone among people, sitting on your phone or at your laptop, and I like that too. They've been working for two or three years now, and they've reached such heights. Usually other restaurants are a mess, but here there is only one joy.

Terrible attitude towards customers. You can't behave like that, and if you don't like talking to people, then you can't work in such a place. There is only one person at the checkout and at the checkout who either accepts orders or collects them very slowly. These processes do not occur simultaneously. The complaint number listed in the restaurant leads to the same girl, who is the manager. She doesn't pick up the phone, of course. If the manager is unable to do his job and cannot provide the restaurant with enough staff, do not retain such an employee. Because of such disgusting service, there is no desire to even go near KFC at all. The reputation of the institution suffers because of such low-professional people. Coming from another country for the New Year holidays is not what you want to see.

I am a fan of French fries, and here, in most of my visits, it tastes like butter, as well as other dishes that have properties of deep-frying. An advertisement about "that KFC chicken" is often played inside the establishment, which is far from "the one" in this establishment. There were no problems with the maintenance staff, but they don't always have time to keep track of the hall (tables) and trash cans, which makes the impression of the situation somewhat blurred. However, I think there is an explanation for this: a large flow of customers. I understand the guys who work in a purely human way: they work in difficult working conditions, they literally squeeze young students dry, and the business considers it economically impractical to recruit a sufficient number of employees. As a result, everyone suffers, but everyone in their own way. There is honey in a barrel of oil. The advantages of the establishment include the geographical location and opening hours compared to the restaurant in the Atrium shopping center. One of the advantages is that this is a KFC restaurant with its own set of dishes. The rating is "three", which is equal to "satisfactory", for ambiguous impressions after the visit. After the review above, I continue to visit the institution and for quite a long time I have NOT observed the above shortcomings, except for rare cases of disorder left by visitors. Unfortunately, there is nothing to be done about the culture of visiting self-service places for some individuals. However, regarding the institution itself, I believe that these shortcomings are no longer characteristic of it, which deserves to be appreciated. One of the annoying things is the condition of the toilet door lock. It's clear from him that he's been through a lot and seen a lot, except like the door on nyuka (who knows, he knows). However, I don't go to the establishment to look at the toilet, but still this minor sloppiness slightly spoils the impression. As it is, everything is wonderful! Thanks for working on the bugs! Promotional dishes are clearly less in weight, chicken pieces are clearly smaller, sometimes not all the ingredients are in the same boxmaster. The toilet is just a terrible shit and completely unsanitary. There are homeless people from the train station hanging around in the toilet, the workers are apparently squeamish and do not clean at all. I didn't take the photo and I'm not attaching it, because it's not for the faint of heart at all. And the last straw was the order from 10/15/2025, the order was with me, the order was issued in a paper bag. It was raining heavily outside. I asked her to pack it in a regular plastic bag, and I point out a huge stack of packages to the employee at the checkout, who, after carefully checking my smartphone, at least did not ask for tests, which means that the online order is really mine, says that the package will not work, because they are supposedly "only for orders with delivery, and you pickup". I ask, in turn, how to get to the car from the restaurant in such a rain in a paper bag that it will get all soaked and you can scatter everything, to which they just looked stupidly and shrugged their shoulders. I promised a review, and I'm keeping my promise.: Terrible service, this is the worst KFC in Mogilev.
