Several times, the KFC restaurant in Borisov on Gagarin Street had problems with incomplete order fulfillment. For example, on October 28 of this year, we bought food with us, but at home it turned out that one burger was missing. I contacted the institution's website, but received no response. Then on November 4, I contacted the Minsk office, whose staff promised to pass on my message and informed me that the representatives of the restaurant would get in touch themselves. However, there was no feedback again. I recommend that you carefully check the contents of the order before leaving the restaurant, as such situations occur repeatedly. Among other things, the service here is often delayed for a long time.

Very dirty:The tables are covered in crumbs and streaks, as well as sofas. I personally observed the situation myself, as three teenagers sat down at the sofas without ordering anything, played a loud game, swore obscenities and threw their booted feet on the sofa, which was why it was covered in sand and mud. I had to personally make comments about why the staff did not respond to such behavior. Now how can anyone come, throw their legs up, swear and stop others from eating? Regarding the food: the potatoes are absolutely cold, either in slices or fries. Very unpleasant sensations after visiting this institution!

The passageway and the quality of the food are not encouraging . We came here in the summer: it took us a long time to prepare an order (but there was a full landing, so everything is logical). As a result: the box with the legs was not reported (it is necessary to check the composition of the order on the spot). And the chicken is fried too much. We stopped by this week on our way home - in the absence of people, the order was prepared for more than 15 minutes. In terms of quality, the potatoes are over-salted, and the chicken legs are fried to the state of chips.
