I really like everything, I've been here a lot. The staff is very friendly. One of the oddities is that sometimes there is no coffee with milk (latte, cappuccino, etc.), apparently there are some technical problems. But it doesn't spoil the overall impression, I really like everything anyway.

For some reason, no matter how many times I came in, there were no non-sharp, original chicken legs, only with a wait of 20 minutes. I've tried it several times, I love these legs, but this KFC is nearby, I don't know how to deal with it in the rest of the city

They constantly note that the order is ready. You come up, and there's still half of the order not ready! Sometimes you wait another 10-15 minutes for the rest. But the guys probably have good statistics.👍
