We placed an order for their -30% promotion for a basket of 12 wings. We took two baskets. Of the 24 wings, only 2 (!!!!!) They were single-skinned. The wings are shrunken to death. It feels like either the staff is specifically selecting the worst ones, or the company is leaving these wings for promotional days. That is, 1 such cracker costs more than 1 ruble apiece. Next, we took a burger with strips. The strips took up only 1/5 of the burger. Everything else is mayonnaise and bread roll. Oh, yes, there were also a couple of iceberg stripes. Well, it doesn't go through any gates at all... and you don't have to write that you will improve, every time it gets worse and worse!

Totally sucks!!! The service is the worst of the whole food court! I ordered for 75p, the order was waited for a very long time, all the food was cold and dry, the rolls were falling apart, the tortilla was covered in sauce on the outside, all the drinks were not filled, 2-3 cm was still missing to the 0.5 mark. We went to the cashier with this question, they poured us a new drink, although it was possible to top up that one, but again they poured less, we said that there was not enough drink here again, we were informed that the glasses were not the same and there were definitely 0.5 !!! This is a very interesting explanation for the consumer, some kind of deception, do you have any wrong glasses? What do we have to do with it? The impression is just terrible, and the staff is boorish! Fu fu fu to be like that!!!

We were at the ice rink, then we decided to have dinner at the food court. They chose who, where, and what they would order. My husband decided to order potatoes, wings and a burger at KFC. It was 20 minutes before closing time. They said they would cook it without any problems. As a result, the potatoes were just dried, they broke like chips. And the stinky oil smelled so loud that everyone at the table could hear it. It was impossible to eat, but it was already impossible to approach them at KFC, they were closed. The wings also smelled of rancid oil. It's a pity they didn't compare the photo with the Poppy potatoes so that the difference could be seen.

If there is a young intern (of whom there are always a lot, since there is a constant turnover), then at least. Napkins? Well, you'll get them if you're lucky. The same lottery with orders. Before ordering, I asked the cashier what kind of sauce is in this potato, because I don't like garlic. After we took the order, we did not feel any delight from the potatoes: burnt, cooled small pieces of rustic potatoes, sauce in the middle and a pile of fried onions on it. I went up to the cashier to say that my order did not match the picture, to which they replied that "there will never be what is in the picture live." At that moment, manager Ilya heard this, and instead of settling the situation, he got in with the words "stir with a fork." It looked as if your manager wanted to show his superiority over the rest of the staff. I think this is not an acceptable attitude towards a visitor! The manager should resolve the conflict, not further contribute to it. Of course, we returned the "dish" for 5.50 to your employees, but we did not receive the money back for it. The burger was absolutely tasteless, although the same burger on Calvary was awesome. Napkins put two pieces. Obviously, this is not enough.
