Раньше, заходя в данное заведение, вполне устраивало обслуживание персонала ( за исключением одного случая, когда нам не доложили половину заказа, что обнаружили мы уже только дома). Чего не скажешь сейчас.
07.08.2024 делая заказ, на кассе стояла девушка в очках (к сожалению, имени не запомнила), отсутствие приветствия, недовольное выражение лица, сдача высыпана на стол, а не на монетницу. Но поразило больше всего отношение, когда я уже подошла забирать заказ, эта же девушка молча указала мне пальцем на пакет. Ни спасибо, ни пожалуйста, ни до свидания. Впечатление от посещения данного места, конечно, подпорчено.

I came in because I wanted to eat something normal. I chose the Rice Bowl - because by name it was expected that rice was still there)
I waited for an unexpectedly long time, at least 15 minutes.
Finally they brought it... a box. And in it ... AT THE BOTTOM .. pieces of chicken, and under them a half cm layer of rice. Yes, it's delicious. But according to the description, the weight should be 304 g. Damn, if I knew, I would have come with my own scales... Do you hear?? Take the scales with you!
And if you compare it with the photo that you see when ordering, then this is generally a mockery. For 9 rubles 30 kopecks. (!!!)
Anyway, I came in once every couple of years - and I probably won't go anymore. Except to the toilet))

First of all, what's wrong with the portions? The Kfs is clearly not reporting as before. Secondly, the two times that I came here, I came across the following picture: the guy at the checkout gives out orders in the order of the queue and it doesn't matter that someone has only a drink. Well, that's okay. He's in no hurry at all 😒 Fast food is fast food because they make it for you quickly, and you don't wait 15 minutes for an order with a queue of three people!

I waited for the order for exactly 10 minutes, I'm coming to the delivery. I see that the restaurant staff (4 people) are talking to each other, I am addressing them. I don't get an answer because they're talking to each other. I am contacting you again. I get the answer, "bon appetit, your order." I stand and realize that the order is not mine, and the girl at the checkout answers me with her back, later she notices that I came for another purpose. I ask you to make a refund in order to calmly leave and not wait for your order, do not understand how much more, the girl responds to the delivery that the order will be given soon. I walk away from the issue, and the entire restaurant staff starts discussing me for asking for a refund. I decided to wait a little longer. It took another 5 minutes and I was able to pick up my order. But the girl did not stop and continued to look at me with condemnation, showing me to her colleagues "how bad he was that he could not wait for his order for 15 minutes." Disgusting attitude.

1 star is too much for this establishment. 20 minutes to wait for the order, although there are 3-4 checks in the queue, are you serious?!
I will not mention the constant mistakes like putting the wrong sauce or not putting it at all. But it feels like not only is there not enough staff, but the existing one is not in a hurry at all.
Prices also rose from the air altogether. But this is the problem of the entire network, which has finally lost respect over the past 2 years. In short, this is my last visit to this institution. And, perhaps, in the KFS in general.

Второй раз обедаем здесь,приезжая в Минск. Всегда удачно. Берём боксы XXL. Выгодно, быстро и вкусно. Молодые девчонки и мальчишки всегда более чем приветливы. Особенно приятно,что между собой коллектив также дружелюбно общается. Спасибо за настроение. Рекомендую к посещению. Кстати, о чистоте!! Несмотря на то,что заведение очень большое, двухэтажное, всегда чисто! Кто-то в зале всегда трёт столы, санузел также - без нареканий,а не как, зачастую,просто ахтунг. В общем,ребята молодцы!

Прихожу регулярно, еда хорошая, видно что от стандартов не отходят. Персонал хороший, кассиры обслуживают довольно быстро. Есть много терминалов для самостоятельного заказа. Часто бывает сильно заполнен, из-за этого можно сидеть без заказа до 10 минут, но работников понять можно. В здании много места и 2 этажа, летом можно выйти через второй этаж на что-то типа балкончика с несколькими столиками. Зал чистый и ухоженный.

Заказ получили быстро они были холодные с едва тёплой курицей,на что продавец ответил когда мы обратились что все ингредиенты холодные и должны быть кроме тёплой курицы
Было отказано как то решить данную проблему (погреть поменять)
В других заведениях такого не было курица всегда была горячей!
