I have been to this restaurant many times and I can say that it is located quite conveniently, there are many shops and metro nearby, so if you need to stop by for a snack, then this is a good choice. The food in the restaurant is delicious, it is always cooked well, the only thing is that sometimes the packaging is not very good. Everything is clean and tidy inside. The staff is polite and friendly.

I would add that it is less profitable to buy coupons than without them.; 2) Beer without gases, pure as lemonade. And the topping to it is tasteless, rather purely for the smell.; 3) The burgers were served cold inside. Most likely, they had been lying on the rack for a long time. I understand that the service will be faster this way, but the taste is more important to me than the saved couple of minutes. As for the potatoes, they were also cold and quite softened from lying around for a long time after cooking.; 4) Half-filling of drinks to the mark on the glass; 5) If you specify when ordering that the burger should be without cucumber, then it should be without cucumber. I would also like to add that it is very unpleasant when, when choosing products, advertising windows with snacks appear on the order board, which makes it very difficult to close these banners every time. As a result, you have to eat among the sticky table and a pile of crumbs, pieces of paper… Even the floor seemed to have been cleaned last year, covered in food, sauce and sticky drinks ... It's unclear why the employees don't keep an eye on the hall and it's unclear what kind of mess is going on in the kitchen! They don't even give you trays to put on dirty tables, they give you packages regardless of how you ask for an order. I got the most NEGATIVE experience from ordering at this restaurant!
