If I want to, I'll choose what I need, that's why it's a kiosk, not a cash register. I'm tired of the constant spam. The second chicken was spicy, but I didn't specify that it should be spicy when I made the order. And the third thing was that the packaging was dirty and covered in sauce. I was refused to cancel the order, and they said that they had started to collect the order... in the end, after waiting a little longer, I finally received my order… I indicated one thing in the beginning, and another in the end… There is nowhere to sit in the restaurant itself, there are few people, but no one cleans the tables from the trays and drinks. As a result, you have to eat among the sticky table and a pile of crumbs, pieces of paper… Even the floor seemed to have been cleaned last year, covered in food, sauce and sticky drinks ... It's unclear why the employees don't keep an eye on the hall and it's unclear what kind of mess is going on in the kitchen! They don't even give you trays to put on dirty tables, they give you packages regardless of how you ask for an order. I got the most NEGATIVE experience from ordering at this restaurant!
