Clean, good food, polite service. BUT! As usual, they set order as “ready” when it’s not. You come there to get your order and wait in the receiving zone instead, why they add French fries or drink or something else. That’s always frustrating.

Almost all of the foods are not much worthy for the money. It is disappointing that the twisters and even the burgers are so small compared to the other shops .

the cashiers are always nice, but the rest of the service is horrendous. i always order a coke with ice and they never serve me any, so i have to ask for it. it won't be such a big deal if it happened once, but it happens every freaking time. so today they not only ignored my usual request for ice, but they also "forgot" to put the add-ons i payed for into my twister. yay kfc, keep it up, i guess 🤷🏻‍♀️

They got our order mixed up . After that, we waited 10 minutes while they sorted things out among themselves, after which the adminstrator, apparently with a dissatisfied voice, began to ask about the composition of our order, they waited about 6-7 minutes until it finally arrived. As a result, we waited about 20 minutes, if we did not take into account the cooking time of the order, before it was mixed up. The staff is extremely uncoordinated , everyone does something different . Again, we are standing in line , some guy is given an order , he turns away for a couple of seconds , and another employee is already putting his order into packages . In short , it 's a mess . Of course , you can blame the fact that there were a lot of clients and the staff was inexperienced , but still . I didn't expect this in the center of Yerevan.

In general, it was always pretty decent, but today I ordered a combo with myself and, knowing that ketchup goes with the standard fries, I asked for it to be replaced, which I was refused because "it goes with the potatoes." When I went up to the office, I found that they hadn't actually put the potatoes in my bag. It's a pity, the location is still convenient, but next time I'll think twice about walking a couple of minutes to some other place.

Don't waste your time and money in this diner. The first time we ordered ice cream, we promised to make it in 10 minutes. As a result, they left after half an hour without waiting. During all this time, they never came up and said that it was dragging on. The second time, a local visitor near the cash register noticed how I was trying to read the menu in Armenian and asked the cashier to give the menu in Russian/English. I.e., ordinary visitors care about tourists, but cashiers and KFS staff do not.
