But Rechitsky KFS is just trash, no matter how I arrive or wait for an order for an hour, because they don't have legs, they say it takes a long time to make them, they offered strips instead (but in an hour of ordering, it was possible to make 100 new legs). Then the order is just like out of the freezer. Today, in general, I ordered a longer (for those who do not know this is the simplest and cheapest burger on the network) and a peach sprite lemonade. Not only did I wait for 10 minutes, although there weren't many orders, but the longer itself was just COLD, which needed to be warmed up to eat with satisfaction, and they also made another lemonade. I'm not a conflict-free person, I don't like to swear, but this time I can't even fight because the order came through the kiosk and they didn't give me a check because the check tape ran out.... However, the service at this establishment in Rechitsa leaves much to be desired. Can the administration take any measures, and my feedback will somehow help this?

My order wasn't big: a couple of burgers, small fries, two drinks, 4 nuggets and sauce. I don't think the order is big, because cooking 2 burgers and putting potatoes in a bag is not a difficult job. Then, out of nowhere, a bunch of people swooped in, the scoreboard was bursting with orders, exceeding 3 columns. By that time, my order was 3 in line. But, having placed the order at 16:27, I received it only at 17:04. What? 37 minutes? Can this order take 37 minutes to prepare? I swear, another 10 minutes and I would personally go to the kitchen to help the poor cook prepare orders for free. And after 20 minutes, I would have eaten the cook altogether. But nevertheless, after receiving my order, it wasn't even warm. How could this even happen? After preparing an order for almost 40 minutes, I get it no longer even warm. Okay, I can skip this for a typical winter day, but still: fast food is food with a very short cooking time, and 37 minutes for 2 burgers, 4 nuggets and a small potato is a very long time. This is the level of the restaurant where I would enjoy eating pizza for the same money! When ordering at the terminal, the receipt was not issued. The order was placed at 19:56. The order was given to us at 20:31. If the order was large, I understand it would take time. But I had a regular Zinger, small bytes, and small French fries. Without a drink. I wasn't ready to wait so long for an order at a fast food restaurant.
