Today I tried new items on Gavrilova St. in Brest. And it was terrible. №12276 1. The order was understaffed (French fries were not put in) - not for the first time, especially when it comes to deliveries. 2. The draniki were so soaked in oil that it is better to label the dish as butter with draniki. The aftertaste was bitter. The oil just flowed everywhere 3. Double chicken - it's completely inconvenient to eat two random pieces of chicken (one is half the size of the other), the sauce remains in the wrapper, but at least it tastes good. Refine the menu, it's impossible to eat draniki, double chicken is a dubious design. Shipping is a separate pain. In recent years, some position was not delivered, they were delivered only after a personal call there, with a request to check the order before shipping. Then your order didn't show up at all and if it hadn't been for my call, it wouldn't have been delivered at all, then the employee turned out to be very competent and I sent a receipt with the order and payment in Viber.

Is the staff unable to make a call and clarify on their own? Why am I waiting 20 minutes for food that you don't have in stock, even though I paid for it. And you could have called right away and said everything, rather than following the completion of the order. (I don't know how it turned out to be executed in my heart) The assessment is only of the work of the staff, there are no complaints about the food and its quality. Strangely enough, the information about the order did not arrive by mail when the order was accepted, and I could not look at and verify what I ordered. This information was always clearly monitored during pickup.
