I hardly write reviews, but today is an exception. I was at your place today at around 7 p.m., made a takeaway order as usual, waited for the preparation, checked if all the items were in the package and went home satisfied. After unpacking a bag of food at home, the smile left my face in an instant, instead of a twister, I saw a flatbread that felt like it had been run over by KAMAZ. I guess okay, anything happens, but what was my shock when I opened the tweeter and didn't see meat in it. The tortilla is there, the sauce is there, the additional ingredients (bacon and cheese) are there, but the MEAT that comes initially is NOT in the composition. This explains the fact that my twister looked squashed. I love your network with all my heart and soul, but it disappointed me greatly. If I had lived closer, I would have brought it back, but the way it is. Pay to eat just a flatbread smeared with sauce.. Not to mention the fact that employees got confused about orders.

Two points just for the taste of food. People in dirty special clothes are working in the kitchen. so dirty that there are already streaks on it. Then we went to sit down at a table, and there was a wall covered in frozen splashes from Coca-Cola or another brown drink. Sticky puddles of drinks are frozen on the floor. In short, it's terrible, once upon a time, after visiting KFC at outleto on Zhukova Street, I said that I would never go there again in my life. In the end, I wanted to eat and decided to stop by Goretsky along the way. Now, I probably won't be returning to KFC for sure until the company's policy changes. I did not photograph the employees, because the management is to blame for this problem.

The point or the people working in it have gone terribly wrong. I make a takeaway order there once or twice a week. The last 3 times constantly, something is not reported! This has been the case for the last few months. It wasn't like that before. Now I always check the order before picking it up. Previously, at least they apologized, pretended that it was accidental, but now they don't even apologize when I check right in front of them and point out that something is missing. You order 2 burgers: one in the order. Maybe the nuggets won't report or the sauce. The edge was when they put 1 instead of three burgers! And we only discovered it at home. I had to go back . Check your orders!

On the plus side, the chicken is fresh and hot, the potatoes are salted well but sometimes over-salted, the burgers are juicy and fresh, the staff is friendly. Just trash! There was no queue, I ordered wings and so on. They called my number in 5 minutes and said I had to wait another 15 minutes. There are no wings at all, tasteless and half-baked (I constantly order from other CFCs and there are no such problems!!!) I won't come back. In general, it would be better to return the money.

Food is like everywhere else in the KFS. But I strongly advise you to come here with your rag in order to wipe the table /chair. Apparently, it is sooo difficult for the staff to walk around the tables with a rag. I'm not talking about gender at all. I advise you not to look down. On the other hand, (perhaps) there is simply not enough of this staff. The sauce was not reported. Instead of "in the hall" they gave a package "to take away" (because there is a mountain of trays in the trash hall). Well, I ordered a regular pita bread (twister-something), but they gave me a spicy one. We came here simply because my wife wanted to have a quick snack. I didn't like it.

After quite a benevolent attitude towards this network, the family went to have lunch on the weekend. I do not know, it is like this everywhere, but it is impossible to eat it: potatoes, chicken are so salty that they can be eaten only without ceasing to drink cola. When I was there, the cooked burgers turned out to be almost cold and tasteless. After that, I didn't set foot in the KFS. I can't imagine how you can control the quality and operation of the franchise in this way. And so, a month later, I had to wait for an order for almost half an hour in the neighboring 5th element and went, escaping from the heat, to this ill-fated KFS only for ice cream and a drink. And everywhere the competitors prepare it in a couple of minutes, but here I waited 10-15 minutes, and I was given an order before the customers who ordered more extensive orders (again, this is fast food, does one girl work?), but without ice cream spoons and the required number of tubes. And the final impression - I asked for a coke with ice, attention - they poured almost half a glass of ice, I practically did not feel the drink. This is another point in the area where the smell of chlorine is confidently felt, i.e. water directly from the tap. It feels great.

I regularly visit this KFC restaurant in the HIPPO shopping center, but I have to leave an extremely negative review. The level of service and cleanliness here has dropped below the acceptable level. The main problems I face all the time: 1. Errors in orders: The situation where there are not enough items (sauces, drinks, even sandwiches) when ordering takeaway at home has become systemic. Checking the order directly at the checkout is now a necessity. 2. Unsanitary conditions in the gym: The bins are constantly overflowing. There are crumbs on the tables and floor, traces of previous meals, spilled drinks. There is no desire to eat on the spot. 3. Unprofessional staff: Employees are often in dirty, stale uniforms. The cleanliness in the hall is not monitored!! One gets the impression of complete indifference. 4. Long wait: Even for simple positions, the order has to wait 15-20 minutes with a half-empty hall. There is no logic in the kitchen operation. 5. The quality of the food: The food often looks crumpled, sloppy, as if it was handled extremely carelessly or cooked with its feet. Conclusion: This KFC used to be at a good level, but now it's the worst chain restaurant I've ever been to. What is happening is a direct violation of KFC standards. I would recommend avoiding it until the management puts things in order here. Recommendation to the management: To carry out an urgent inspection, pay attention to cleanliness, staff training and control over the collection of orders. As a regular customer, I see that the problem is not a one-time failure, but a systemic crisis in the management of this point. FIRE THE HINDUS!!! After you got a job there, the point turned into a dump!
