If we consider KFC on Uruchye only among fast food restaurants, then it deserves its 5 stars. No matter how many times I went there, there were no unpleasant moments for me.
There are two entrances. There is a terminal for ordering via a card — after ordering, you just have to wait for your order to be issued. I saw several high chairs for the whole hall, which cope perfectly with their function. Orders were not delayed for no particular reason. There are a lot of seats. The staff is working perfectly. If you ask to clean up, the place is clean in a couple of minutes. The chicken tastes good, the rest is like everywhere else in such restaurants.
In general, I recommend it.

I received the wrong order 3 times, but today... I probably won't go to the KFS anymore at all. My favorite cheeseburgers have become 2 times smaller (or they put the wrong order together for me again and put junior). This is kapets! Ugh, to be like that!
