Overall, the impression of visiting the KFS was not bad — the service was courteous, the staff was trying, the atmosphere was familiar and comfortable. The food is served quickly, everything is fresh and warm, but, to be honest, it feels like the quality has become a little different than before. Previously, the dishes were tastier and juicier, especially the chicken — now it is sometimes a little dry, and the taste of the seasonings seems to have become weaker. Even the signature sauces and burgers seem a little different, as if something has changed in the recipe or the serving. Not to say that it got bad — it just lost a little that "branded highlight" for which everyone loved the KFS. I would like to see the old taste and quality returned, because previously every visit was pleasant and I wanted to come again. Now there is a slight feeling that something is missing. Overall, thank you for your work — I hope the network will listen to the regular guests and return to the level it was before.

I work in the catering industry myself, and we give a guest a glass of water upon request, and then I asked them to charge my phone in a trivial way, and they refused. We had a cash payment, they asked to serve us at the checkout, they waited for 25 minutes in the stuffiness, the air conditioner did not work, they asked us to serve again, without reaction, the children were exhausted. We got out, called a taxi and went to an ordinary dining room, had a very tasty meal.
