Очень люблю эту сеть закусочных, особенно острое, в целом всё круто, но только 4 звезды. Часто бываю именно тут и очень заметно текучесть кадров, иногда бывают не вкусно приготовленные ( ножки - особенно чувствуется). Но побывав в разных городах и даже странах, понимаю что это особенность данного вида бизнеса, касается не только KFC. И повторюсь в целом очень люблю

And then... The new administrator (guy). He doesn't even fill me up to the mark, puts me at the place of issue. I've changed my mind about whether I can pick it up. He said he could. I asked to top up how much I was supposed to, in response to which I was told that they had 2cm of foam in the tank according to the regulations. I replied that I was not paying for a 0.5 glass, but for half a liter of drink. Dissatisfied, they refilled one glass for me, the second was poured immediately according to the norm. I'll leave out some details, we'll get to the finish line right away... I asked if I had made the right remark and would it happen again next time?- in response to which the administrator said (the guy is the new admin, there were girls earlier, everything was fine with them) that he remembers me, that I always ask him to pour me as much as I pay for, he began to threaten that he would call security and take me out, that he would say that I was drunk, raise my voice, do not let me work.
I did not take the risk and expose myself as a clown, but I wrote to the administration of their site (I did not receive a response from either the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus), I also wrote complaints to other authorities. The evening was ruined. I had a lot of thoughts, but I did not take any risks or expose myself to ridicule in a situation where I am right!!!! I didn't ask for anything extra, just what I paid for.
